We're looking for a Logistics Project Specialist to join our team based in Burton/Hybrid, on a 6 month fixed term basis.

Your Purpose
As a Logistics Project Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and implementing key components of the UK & Ireland enterprise change programme. You will act as subject matter expert on projects for the Supply Planning & Logistics Teams, ensuring they always have a presence and input into the project meetings that impact them.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate smaller projects across Brand, Procurement, and team-driven initiatives.
- Actively engage in project meetings, identifying potential issues, taking appropriate actions, and ensuring timely communication of project updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement action plans, manage project documentation, and oversee change processes.
- Use data to support decision-making across Brand, Sales, Demand Planning, and Production, to support cost minimization and disruptions.
- Provide regular project progress updates to key stakeholders, highlighting risks and ensuring smooth and successful project implementation.
About You
- Demonstratable experience taking ownership of projects, with strong organisational skills and the ability plan, track and provide regular updates on project progress.
- A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify potential challenges, propose practical solutions, and address them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A good understanding of manufacturing or FMCG.
