Your Purpose
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR administration support and will contribute to process improvement projects to enhance our HR operations.
This role offers flexible working arrangements and can be available for part-time or full-time 3, 4, or 5 days a week, or fewer hours spread over 5 days, depending on your preference and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including maintenance of the HRIS, government reporting, HRIS reports, local benefit administration, and maintenance of HR documentation, procedures, and processes.
- Support payroll activities, ensuring ongoing local compliance and governance.
- Assist with data analysis and provide administrative support to HR Business Partners as needed.
- Continuously improve HRIS processes and systems to maintain high standards of HR operations. Ensure data accuracy, availability, and compliance, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Maps where required.
- Monitor current employees' immigration status, send reminders when necessary, and liaise with internal and external legal teams to obtain certifications for job changes.
About You
- Proven experience within an administrative support role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes and data flows.
- Skilled at working with sensitive information in a highly confidential environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to generate reports and interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
