Your Purpose

We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Brewery team on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will support the HR Directors and HR Business Partners across all HR functions, providing valuable insights to facilitate effective business partnering and coaching for line managers.  


You will be instrumental in reinforcing the HR model and driving continuous improvement within the organisation. To do this you will need to develop trusted relationships with business leaders to understand the challenges and opportunities in their areas and identify HR solutions.

 

This role will be 4 days a week on-site and 1 day a week WFH.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Business Partners with the execution of core people processes such as the Performance Cycle, Talent Planning, and Annual Compensation Planning, while also contributing to recruitment and headcount forecasting, and managing these processes for your specific customer group.
  • Collaborate on large-scale change projects and lead smaller-scale projects within your customer group, making recommendations on organisational design to enhance overall effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in projects that are part of the HR function's Long Range Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and contributing to the overall success of the HR initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and provide actionable insights from HR information and scorecards to support HR Directors and HR Business Partners in driving informed actions, while coordinating activities, data, and communications to support people processes and ad-hoc project work.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, offering practical advice and guidance on the HR self-service model, while fostering a culture of capability building through ongoing coaching, formal training, and development of line managers within your customer group, and driving the progress of the People Plan across the entire function.
  • Participate in our World Class Supply Chain methodology to drive continuous improvement across site through interventions and action to drive down losses.

 

 

About You

  • Demonstrated experience as a HR professional with a strong track record in applying employment legislation to individuals and groups, along with a solid understanding of organisational design, change management, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders, coaching and guiding senior leaders and managers on people management matters.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
  • Proficient in data analysis, utilising metrics to inform HR strategies and decisions.
