We're recruiting for a Demand Planner to join our team based in Burton/Hybrid, on a 6 month fixed term basis.

Your Purpose
As the Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forecast across designated accounts in the On Trade channel. You will leverage the demand planning tool (Phoenix or APO) as the data source to develop an accurate and informed forecast. This role involves integrating commercial, finance, category, and marketing insights to analyze trends and drive accuracy in the demand plan. You will work collaboratively with sales teams, customer collaboration leads, and other key stakeholders to deliver a robust demand forecast.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply planning, new product development (NPD) project teams, and market trends analysts, to gather all essential inputs and develop accurate long-term demand forecasts.
- Maintain timely and accurate data in the demand planning tool (Phoenix or APO) to ensure the forecast reflects up-to-date information.
- Present forecast outputs and volume changes to the commercial team and the rest of the integrated business planning (IBP) cycle.
- Partner with Customer Collaboration to analyze integrated business execution (IBE) zone trends and ensure assumptions and data are consistent and clearly understood within the IBP zone.
About You
- Experience in Demand Planning within an FMCG environment and knowledge of best practices in IBP.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities across all levels of management.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
