Your Purpose

As a Business Services Assistant you will be key player in ensuring smooth operations across the business, so we’re looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and invite applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

 

 

No prior experience is necessary – we will provide comprehensive training to empower you to thrive in this role.

 

 

You will:

  • Deliver a professional reception service, creating outstanding first impressions through effective visitor management and partnering with Facilities Management to maintain site security and compliance with safety standards.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently while ensuring the company directory remains accurate and up to date.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier bookings, maintaining confidentiality and providing cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist with financial administration, including invoice processing, departmental trackers, and budget reconciliation.
  • Oversee key business services, such as mailboxes, meeting room bookings, stock audits, and provide reprographics and general administrative support.

 

 

About You

As we’re hiring for potential no CVs or relevant experience are required. The only requirement is that you will need to be available to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm and can commit to an on-site role.

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be adaptable and have a willingness to learn
  • Have strong attention to detail

The Recruitment Process

Step 1: Application – this allows us to confirm that your expectations align with what the role has to offer.

Step 2: Measuring your Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report.

Step 3: Video Questions – We want to get to know you better and understand your reasons for applying for a role with us at Molson Coors.

Step 4: Interview - Situation-based questions that are related to the important behaviours needed to be successful on the role.  Our aim will be to understand how you would tackle certain situations you will face on the job.

Step 5: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
