We're looking for a Assistant Consumer and Brand Insight Manager / Research Assistant to join our team based in either Burton or London
We’re now looking to recruit an Assistant Consumer & Brand Insight Manager who’ll support the team in providing the voice of the consumer within our brilliant marketing team.
You’ll run quantitative and qualitative research projects covering brand, communications, and new product development and assist in the running of larger consumer and category projects. You’ll create summaries of existing research and secondary data on key topics and create reports from on-going sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder requests into questions which can be answered using a mixture of agile and traditional research techniques.
- Create clear summaries using existing research, secondary sources, and continuous data on key topics to improve stakeholder understanding.
- Manage the timely and efficient delivery of research projects.
- Enable the wider Category and Insight team in the delivery of larger research and strategic projects.
- Support research best practice by continually improving our ways of working.
About You
We’re keen to hear from individuals who have experience in a similar role within beverages, FMCG or equivalent sectors. You’ll have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, drawing insights from various research sources.
You’ll have experience in identifying trends in this data and communicate these to a variety of stakeholders. You’ll be adept at developing relationships and working collaboratively.
Applicants who have an understanding of statistics (i.e. significance testing), questionnaire design and scripting skills (i.e. using Survey Monkey) will also be preferred. As will those who have an understanding of brand measurement and marketing theory (brand equity models etc).
