Your Purpose

 

As a growing team, we have a brilliant opportunity for a Rewards specialist to join our Western Europe team.

 

The role of Rewards Manager has compensation and benefits responsibility in the region, acting as the key local interface with the HRBP teams and managers in respective countries. It ensures compliance with divisional Rewards standards and supports the implementation of change, as well as leading the execution of our wellbeing strategy, which is incredibly important to us.

 

The Rewards Manager has a team of 2 Rewards Analysts.

 

 Some key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Oversee day to day management of WE's compensation, benefits and total rewards programmes ensuring compliance with divisional Rewards standards and requirements.
  • Understand the WE market and external trends in relation to compensation and benefits and actively contribute to WE policy making/change.
  • Drive local initiatives/benefit improvements that improve market competitiveness and employee engagement.
  • Lead the execution of the wellbeing plan, as agreed with the WE Rewards Director.  This includes supporting the WE wellbeing team and Mental Health Champions in driving our wellbeing agenda.
  • Own the benefit agenda in WE, including managing local benefit providers to agreed service level requirements and budgets. Take an active role in divisional led benefits projects.  Lead review of local benefit providers on a regular basis.

 

 

About You

 

This is a great role with fantastic regional exposure.  We’re looking for experienced Reward professionals with a passion for wellbeing and people to join our brilliant team. 

 

We’re looking for someone with the following experience:

 

  • Great track record of managing and governing core rewards processes, e.g. Annual Compensation Planning, bonus plans, job evaluation, job pricing, flexible benefits.
  • Good knowledge and experience of compensation and benefits practices within UK/Western Europe
  • Experience in contributing to design of rewards policies, procedures and processes
  • Experience in managing vendors including contract management, service level management and issue resolution.
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of project and change management with strong track record.
  • Good relationship building and influencing skills.
