Your Purpose

In this role you will support the Reward team with key activities within the Reward calendar and key processes.  You’ll provide key support on Annual Salary Review, Bonus, Flexible Benefit annual enrolment, Total Reward Statements, Gender Pay Gap, NMW, P11d to deliver on project plans. You’ll also support with job evaluations and updating relevant systems and processes, as well as process all Reward invoices (excluding pensions) in an accurate and timely manner to ensure timely payment.

Key responsibilities;

  • Prepare data from SAP for Annual Salary Review and bonus process.  Liaise with HP to ensure accuracy of reports.  Act as first point of contact for reviewing managers, on compensation module system and data queries. 
  • Process Reward invoices, liaising with HP invoice payment team, processing documents on Ariba for Reward Manager approval.  Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner and maintain spreadsheets to record benefit spend.  Support the pensions team with pension processes.
  • Support P11d process, co-ordinating compilation of relevant benefit data, in line with the project plan.  Liaise with relevant parties, ie Tax Manager, third-parties and GBS to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data to deliver P11d's to employees.  Answer queries from GBS to resolve any employee questions on P11d data. 
  • Complete Reward surveys as required - run reports from People Central/Reward, complete survey data on employees.  Load survey results into Reward as appropriate.
  • Complete ad-hoc Reward team tasks. Complete job evaluations and make recommendations for final approval of Rewards Manager on all roles up to GGS12. Update relevant department systems (ie Reward, Functional Summaries) and co-ordinate with relevant parties (US Comp Team, Talent Acquisition, HRBP's, Line Managers).  Maintain HR portal for Reward team.   Support Rewards Manager to deliver new Reward initiatives/benefits as required.
  • Keep up to date on Reward legislation and ensure that any processes and any calculation spreadsheets are updated with any changes.  Share this knowledge with the wider HR team.


About you:


You’ll have previous experience in a Reward Analyst role and you are looking to work in dynamic and people first organisation.

You’’ll love the numbers and  working with excel to analyse data. You are confident with HR systems & processes. You will have a growth mindset, positive attitude and the agility to work across a wide range of projects and be a confident communicator.
