Customer Service Apprentice – Burton Upon Trent  

Salary: £19,000 + Competitive benefits

Customer Service Agents are so important to the success of our organisation. You’ll be at the heart of our business – talking to our customers via inbound calls, email communication & via our website from pubs, restaurants, hotels, etc, supporting them with maintenance requests for one of our beer pumps, or perhaps a cooler is broken.  


You’ll be based on a Hybrid basis at our main Head Office in Burton On Trent gaining both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks alongside building relationships with colleagues and customers is a key part of the apprenticeship.
