Your Purpose

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a fix term contract basis to join our brilliant Technical Services department.

You will be liaising with our external customers in their pubs, clubs, restaurants and more whilst working with our internal stakeholders to maintain our brilliant brands!

We offer Flexible Hybrid working – a mix of working from our vibrant Burton office and working from home. You will need to have a suitable workspace & good WIFI – we’ll supply the rest!

 

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our business – talking to our on-trade customers via inbound calls, email communication & via our website from pubs, restaurants, hotels, etc, supporting them with maintenance and new dispense point requests.

Relationship management is key as you’ll work closely with our Technical Services team ensuring efficient logging of the maintenance work for our Field Service Engineers.

Being able to work as part of a team along with working under your own initiative, your day will also consist of working with internal stakeholders to plan in new installations as part of our expanding product portfolio.

This isn’t your typical call centre role, as our team & office vibe is like no other. We’re the power behind the pump – an integral role within our organisation which could lead to an incredible career in beer – we’re usually recruiting because of internal movement within our organisation!

 

About You

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service, either on the phone or face to face.
  • You enjoy learning new skills and processes, in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes ownership of your work and show independence in achieving results.
  • Issue Resolution skills that meet the needs of our customers and our business.
  • Comfortable with daily computer use and internal software/systems
