Base salary of: Upwards of £28,600 plus amazing benefits package (see below)

Our Planning and Logistics team and are responsible for planning and delivering all of our products from our Breweries and Cider Houses to our customers. Our customers are retailers (big and small) such as Tesco, Co-op and Wholesalers plus we also plan and deliver to pubs, cubs and hotels.

 

In the Demand Analyst role you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our iconic products reach the hands of our customers and consumers. This is done by supporting our demand planners with data and also working with our sales teams to plan our customers demand.   

 

We do this with  customer focus and aim to exceed customer expectations by working together each step of the way, making sure our plans are fit for purpose

 

A Demand Analyst will be good with numbers, will run regular reporting and create new reports to support our demand planners, sales teams and customer supply chain teams. They are great at dealing with multiple points of information, use data to spot trends and anomalies to help provide complex data in a way that simplifies and tells a story.  This helps us create the most accurate demand plan which is used to provide the best signal to our business on what we should manufacture and what our sales volumes will look like.

To be successful on the role, you will need to:

 

  • A love of Data: you will have the ability to analyse various inputs to make informed decisions and have great attention to detail. Be able to spot patterns, trends and anomalies in data and explain complex data in a simple way. Be able to create, build and continuously improve on reports provided to stakeholders in our team and outside.

 

  • Customer focused:   the team are focussed on delivering exceptional customer service and this role is key in ensuring our brands are available to meet customer needs

 

  • Stakeholder management: in the role you will need to build relationships with external suppliers and other functions and teams, holding them to account to deliver on the plan. 

 

 

  • Cultivate strong relationships: Our Team members need to come together as a team. Whether that’s supporting each other to solve an issues and handing information and plans over

 

  • Show Adaptable Problem Solving: Our Team members are experts at problem solving. When an issue or concern arrives, they think through the problem, working both as an individual and a team to understand options, adapt and find a solution.

 

  • Have a Hunger to Learn: Our team members have an inquisitive nature and take time to learn about our processes and look for improvements and efficiencies. They become experts in their areas of responsibility and look to find ways to increase and broaden their expertise

 

 

The Recruitment Process:

 

Step 1: Application - this will include questions around your motivation for the role and how you can add to the culture at Molson Coors.

 

Step 2: Measuring your Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will help us get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalised Feedback Report.

 

Step 3: Interview – Competency based interview based on our values with real life situational based questions asking what you would do in those instances.  

 

Step 5: Decision/Feedback. You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
