Your Purpose

 

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Customer Development Executive in Northern Ireland. In this role, you'll be instrumental in promoting and executing support for all MCBC brands within a defined geographical region. You will work with customers to achieve brilliant execution standards, gain distribution, and drive features that support Off Trade Commercial Teams in achieving brand objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and execute the correct level of support for all MCBC brands in all suitable outlets within your defined geographical region.
  • Achieve brilliant execution standards and gain distribution of MCBC brands across all licensed retail shops in Northern Ireland.
  • Drive features to support Off Trade Commercial Teams in achieving brand objectives, maximizing profitability, and ensuring MC is the first choice for customers in the territory.
  • Support Sales Leaders and Customer Business Managers in executing business plans for existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand the industry within your territory from both a supplier and key retailer perspective.
  • Own and share the responsibility for MCBC commercial and brand agenda (value and volume) in Mults, Convenience, Independents, and Wholesale.
  • Grow and extend our brand portfolio in existing stockists and deliver new and suitable brand distribution in non-stockists
  • Champion MCBC brands internally and externally through training, product knowledge, and category insights.
  • Take responsibility for all direct and indirect MCBC sales within your defined region and customer base through regional wholesale partners and head office direct accounts.
  • Grow business with indirectly supplied key accounts in your region through sustainable targeted distribution, feature distribution, NPD, and volume growth via commercial terms and/or commercially led activities.

 

About You

 

You will have a strong passion for the drinks industry and be able to help our customers see the value of our brands so experience in a customer facing sales role and strong commercial acumen is ideal. As this is a field based role covering Northern Ireland, a full driving license is required.
