Your Purpose
We’re now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our brilliant On Trade Sales Team in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities

Drive commercial operations and brand agenda within independent on-trade outlets and ensure route to market access for our brands within the assigned region.

Deliver on brand activation plans within the defined region, maximising impact on commercial return

Working with the Sales Controllers and Key Account/National Account Managers to executive on business plans for new and existing customers.

Develop with the appropriate customers/Wholesale partners shared business plans and ways of working that demonstrate best practice in every aspect of customer service.
About You
-
Prior sales experience and track record of managing profitability preferred

Numerate with strong commercial acumen

Persuasive with strong influencing skills

Collaborative and Action orientated

Tenacious, enthusiastic and flexible

IT literate with the ability to work with IT systems and tools
