As the Customer Activation Manager for the Northern Ireland territory, you'll be the driving force behind crafting and executing a seamless customer activation strategy for our Off Trade channel. This encompasses the entire Molson Coors brand portfolio as well as our in-market partner brands.

You’ll develop collaborative, brand-aligned, and NI business unit-aligned strategies that come to life in-market.

Your primary focus will be on aligning responsibilities within NI, working closely with your NI On Trade counterpart to ensure efficient and scalable in-market execution across territories.

This role offers a rich tapestry of cross-market, channel, and cross-functional exposure, demanding exceptional skills in senior stakeholder management, customer relationship management, decision-making, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with WE/UK brand teams and NI commercial channel leads to meet both brand and local country requirements. Lead agile responses to opportunities and challenges, ensuring IBP requirements are integrated into the plan and managing associated budgets.
  • Own and align a clear range of customers, ensuring brand activation meets commercial planning targets and supports new customer opportunities as agreed with leadership.
  • Serve as the conduit for local-level partnerships in NI (outside the Beverages Hub, e.g., Brewdog), working closely with partner brand founders to translate their brands into our markets with annual plans.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders with gravitas at all levels to ensure alignment of brand activities. Lead multiple internal and external stakeholder groups across geographies and manage diverse projects.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in an established FMCG/Drinks brand or customer marketing team with a track record of creating and executing BTL strategies.
  • Proven experience in building external partnerships with tangible results.
  • Experience working across multiple markets.
