The Headlines:   

In the role of Process Lead, Supply Planning working in Milwaukee, WI  this role will be responsible for overseeing the full goods inventory execution for Canada and play a key role in supply chain optimization for Molson Coors Beverage Company. The Process Lead, Supply Planning role defines and manages the full goods requirements which determine the in stock position to our customer network, working closely with our Canadian breweries and distribution network to meet the demand requirements and implementing processes that oversee the execution of supply plans, coordinate course corrections, and develop contingency plans across the distribution network. 

 

This position reports to Manager - Supply Planning.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 2-3 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Identify and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside of Integrated Supply Chain to include Procurement, Brewery Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance
  • Lead the definition of future state materials requirements planning (MRP) processes and systems for the enterprise to include the integration between planning systems (APO, Logic Tools) and executional systems (SAP RP9)

  • You have at least 3-5 years experience of Supply Chain leadership
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Consumer Goods industries
  • Experience developing and executing supply plans
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of interdependencies of overall supply chain.
  • Demonstrate an ability to mentor and foster growth of the team members around them
  • Embraces Strategic thought and planning, has credibility to influence business leaders in order to add value deliver solutions to optimize the business
  • Demonstrates resilience and flexibility to manage strategic, situational, and tactical organizational challenges
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
