The Headlines:  

In the role of a Sr Director Demand Planning North America working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Customer Service Excellence team. You will set the strategic direction and develop the demand plan for the entire America’s Supply Chain to meet marketplace demand.  This includes the development, execution and performance analysis of demand plans to meet the evolving beverage portfolio. 

  

This position reports to the Vice President, Customer Service Excellence North America.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, evolve, and maintain the industry measures impacting our business.  Bring in new analytical perspectives to support innovation and growth spaces. 

  • Manage and lead governance and enhancement to master data for the supply chain.  Liaise and leverage system business partners and Global Business Services (GBS). 

  • Drive toward customer level forecasting, leveraging new technologies and approaches to evolve forecasting intelligence.  Sponsor and lead foray into applications of complex algorithms and machine learning/ANN/AI, while evolving our people capability. 

  • Contributes to ensuring the optimal landed cost with least obsolescence. 

  • Owns the supply systems governance, sustainment model and enhancement drivers across the Customer Excellence team. 

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain and/or Sales, preferably in a CPG industry. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related field. 

  • Successful track record of identifying, creating and implementing innovative business partnerships. 

  • Strategic thought leadership and credibility to advise commercial and supply chain leaders of the enterprise demand set. 

  • Expert knowledge and full understanding of interdependencies of demand forecasting with market factors and commercial execution impacts. 

  • Subject matter expert on industry indices affecting our demand and cannibalization impacts from market factors and commercial activations. 

  • Capability to drive internal and external change to meet challenging / stretch business objectives. 

  • Voice of the Customer with clear understanding of how supply chain can support revenue growth. 

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other senior leaders and executives both internally and externally in the pursuit and implementation of medium and long-term business objectives. 

  • Broad based managerial and leadership skills to successfully lead and direct individuals and departments in a cross functional manner. 

  • Advanced organizational and leadership skill to lead multi-divisional demand sets and simplify large volumes of information/complex issues in rapidly changing environment.
