The Headlines:

As the Senior Tax Analyst, you will support all aspects of the corporate tax department, including federal, state, and international tax matters.

 

The role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and reports to our Director Global Tax Reporting and Compliance.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Prepare federal, state and local income tax filings including quarterly estimates, extensions and US domestic tax returns, US foreign informational returns, and various state tax returns.
  • Work with the foreign business units, global finance organization and global tax teams to prepare quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations.
  • Calculate state apportionment and income allocation.
  • Assist in responding to IRS and state notices and audits.
  • Support other corporate functions by gathering and analyzing financial data to advance special projects.

 

The Qualifications: 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience, master’s degree in Taxation preferred
  • You have 4+ years’ experience in general domestic income taxation and FAS109/ASC740 experience with either Big 4 or multinational public corporation
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Multistate and international experience, knowledge of SAP or Corptax is a plus
