The Headlines:

In the role of Senior Manager, Global FP&A in Milwaukee, you will be a part of the broader FP&A and Investor Relations team. The role is responsible for managing the global planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes for the P&L, along with reporting for Senior Executives and the Board of Directors. The role also heavily supports the Investor Relations team on quarterly earnings release and calls via reporting and analysis, and is responsible for financial reporting related to global compensation and incentive plans.


The position reports to the Senior Director, Global Planning and Forecasting, and works closely with various members of Finance divisions and Corporate finance teams, especially the CFO, Director of Investor Relations, and VP of FP&A and IR.


The Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Global P&L forecast calendar and the overall process to complete an accurate and on time forecast throughout the Molson Coors organization
  • Responsible for global P&L forecast consolidation and reporting to senior management via the monthly LT deck and financial reporting for the Board of Directors
  • Establishes and maintains key relationships with forecast leads throughout business for both local currency and US dollar reporting
  • Oversees updates of financial forecast models on a monthly basis
  • Manages the annual planning calendar and the overall process to deliver the financial LRP and Annual Operating Plan for Molson Coors Beverage Company
  • Coordinates and assists with the annual target setting process and related communications
  • Reviews, summarizes, and prepares budget information for presentation to the Board of Directors
  • Assists with quarterly external reporting and analysis, with duties including: producing earnings documents used for senior management reporting and press releases (e.g. Earnings Release, Q&A;) supports the investor relations area with earning analysis; compiles volume data used for reporting and presented in earnings release documents; supports accounting with 10-K/Q analysis


The Qualifications:

  • You have a 4-year degree in a relevant field; MBA or Masters in Finance/Accounting preferred
  • You have 8+ years of relevant experience, including prior budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience and strong understanding of financial statements; financial modeling, analysis, and corporate reporting strongly preferred
  • You have experience with SAP/Business Warehouse and advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau and Anaplan software tools strongly preferred
  • You have experience in managing M&A integration and overseeing new product development
  • You are a skilled communicator, influencer, and your interpersonal capabilities are strong.
  • You are a proven leader who is comfortable with executive audiences
  • You think strategically and execute in the details
  • You possess solid teamwork and collaboration skills and can work in a fast paced environment; experience with change management and
  • You have a global mindset; experience consolidating financial data in different currencies preferred
