Senior Financial Analyst (Cash Planning & Forecasting)

The Headlines:

As the Senior Financial Analyst, Cash Planning & Forecasting, you will responsible for supporting planning and forecasting cash flow, along with reporting for Senior Executives and the Board of Directors. This position will also support the Investor Relations team on quarterly earnings releases via reporting and analysis.

 

The position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Global FP&A, and works closely with the broader FP&A and Investor Relations team, as well as other members of the overall finance team, including senior leadership.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of corporate cash flow statements, including completing Cash Flow input templates for all Corporate entities and working with Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting teams to ensure proper disclosure of all transactions
  • Act as the Corporate Cash Flow liaison and assist in the completion of the quarterly Cash Flow variance analysis
  • Support the cash flow forecast consolidation and reporting to senior management and financial reporting for the Board of Directors
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with forecast leads throughout the business for both local currency and US dollar reporting
  • Coordinates annual planning calendar and the overall process to deliver the financial Long Range plan and Annual Operating Plan
  • Summarizes and prepares information for presentation to Senior Executives
  • Aids in compiling earnings documents used for senior executive reporting and supports the investor relations area with earning analysis and other ad hoc requests

 

The Qualifications: 

Education Level/Experience:

  • You have a 4-year degree in Finance or related field, MBA or Graduate Finance or Accounting (CPA) preferred
  • You have 3+ years of experience

 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • SAP/Business Warehouse, advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office
  • Prior budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience 
  • Strong understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute in the details
  • Solid teamwork and collaboration skills and ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Financial modeling, analysis and corporate reporting is a plus
  • Experience with Tableau and Anaplan software tools is a plus
  • Experience consolidating financial data in different currencies is a plus
