The Headlines:  

 

In the role of Rewards Manager working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the North American Total Rewards team.  The person will be responsible for client group support, annual compensation planning, compensation analysis & benchmarking, and reporting. This position reports to the Director, Compensation.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Client Group Support
    • Works with great latitude and independence to own client groups relationships and program administration. Acts as subject matter expert on all facets for total rewards for assigned client groups across North America.
    • Develops creative solutions that provide flexibility to HRBPs & Managers but do not comprise the integrity of our principles. Must be able to provide context not only with data but through solid communication skills and be able to influence decisions through telling the story.
  • Annual Compensation Planning
    • Support could include – managing/roll out of the system, communications, training, development of content and/or processes. Works on continued process improvement to make the process more efficient.
  • Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking
    • Reviews and stays up-to-date with trends in the compensation space.
    • Annually reviews benchmark data for accuracy and implications for assigned client groups.
  • Reporting
    • Provides additional reporting and analytical support as assigned

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 7 years of compensation experience – at least 3 years in a role that required direct interaction with HR Business Partners and the business
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and analysis skills – you need to use data to tell a story
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You can operate in the “gray” to make calculated and  thought through choices to develop creative solutions that continue to uphold our principles and internal equity while still providing flexibility to the business
