The Headlines:

 

In the role of  Production Services Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Production Services department in Brewery Operations. You will be responsible for the development of a daily production schedule for Packaging at the 10th Street Brewery and will order appropriate direct materials as assigned. You will also establish and maintain a 14 day SKU flow in order to project direct material requirements and identify product shortages. 

 

This position reports to the Production Services Manager and works closely with the Packaging Operational Teams.

 

The Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and optimize the Brewery/DC outbound Finished Goods Shipment plan utilizing the Load Builder/TM business applications.
  • Develop monthly and long range production schedules for Packaging as well as direct materials preliminary forecasts for these periods.
  • Manage package and order swaps, and assess the causes in order to improve customer service.
  • Proactive alignment of orders to production schedule.
  • Work with brewing and packaging departments to align schedule with distributor needs.
  • Work with warehouse to minimize aging, obsolete, hold, & re-stock.
  • Develop and maintain annual All-Plants Production Schedule to coordinate production of products at 10th Street
  • Develop 60 day production planning schedule for 10th Street and coordinate with the Brewing Department to ensure adequate bulk beer supply. 
  • Communicate scheduling changes to Brewing, Production, Traffic Coordinator and Supply Chain Analysts in a timely manner to minimize operational and transportation complications.  
  • Provide reporting packages to detail monthly order level quantities to budget, daily run to order efficiencies, and other reporting packages as required.

 

The Other Qualifications:

 

  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
  • You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. 
  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you.
  • We prefer you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or like field.
  • Your experience will include a minimum of one (1) year experience in production scheduling against order placement and removals.
