The Headlines:  
In the role of Procurement Center of Excellence - Manager Quality & Compliance working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Procurement Team. The  Procurement Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaing MolsonCoors programs relative to improving overall Procurement quality.  This will include Learning & Development program management, tracking, developing, and implementing Procurement best practices and new Procurement innovations.  You will ensure compliance and implement strategies to minimize overall supplier risk.
 
This position reports to Director of Procurement and works closely with cross functional teams.

 

The Responsibilities: 
•    Collaborates with HR to establish and manage the MolsonCoors North America Procurement Learning & Development program to drive overall improvement in core Procurement skills and provide opportunities to optimize both personal and professional growth
•    Research and implement Procurement best practices with regards to Category Management and other areas affecting Procurement functional performance.
•    Consults and collaborates with stakeholders to develop metrics and reporting to monitor Procurement performance against requirements
•    Leads and manages MolsonCoors Procurement digital innovation transformation to streamline processes and increase efficiency where appropriate
•    Internal controls owner for contract management, SOX and other P2P processes as required.
•    Collaborate with Internal Audit and GBS to establish necessary processes and corrective actions to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance
•    Establish and manage processes to minimize all types of supplier risk

 

The Other Qualifications:
•    7 or more years of relevant experience in Finance, Procurement or Risk
•    Proven interpersonal, facilitation and diplomacy skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and industry contacts
•    Certified Professional in Supplier Management (CPSM) is desired
•    Bachelor’s Degree in related field, but MBA or Masters is preferred
