The Headlines:

In the role of U.S. Logistics Manager located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be a member of our Supply Chain Finance team. In this role, you will be a leader within the team responsible for financial oversight of the Customer Supply Chain Expenses and managing the freight analysts on this team. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Supply Chain Finance and will work closely with a variety of individuals, including our brewery finance teams, other members of the Customer Supply Chain team, external vendors, and members of our Finance Senior Leadership Team.


The Responsibilities:

  • Lead all financial oversight of Customer Supply Chain expenses; including outbound, return and inbound freight.
  • Accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Lead logistic costs analytically
  • Data mine large quantities of data to perform complex ad-hoc analysis presented with VP level business partners
  • Lead finance contact for fuel, distributor pass through pricing model and hedging programs
  • Drive Customer Supply Chain cost reduction initiatives and ensure delivery

The Qualifications:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience, preferred experience in managing people
  • You are knowledgeable in Excel, SAP, and have SQL Querying knowledge
  • You have thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP,) and internal controls
  • You are a leader among teams and can communicate to other leaders across the business.
  • You have very strong attention to detail, as the role’s primary focus is financial reporting.
  • You possess a sense of urgency in resolving issues with good follow-up skills
