The Headlines:  

In the role of Manager, Supply Chain Performance Management working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be the key point of contact for leadership with respect to problem solving and insight gathering via data and reporting.  You will build capabilities within the function with analysts in order to facilitate reporting and insights to drive decision making at senior levels.
This position reports to the Director, Integrated Business Planning, and collaborates closely with all levels of the organization.


The Responsibilities: 
•    Leadership and guidance for dotted line reports embedded within the functions, ensuring ongoing support for the functions and streamlined reporting standards 
•    Metrics development; and reporting of all measures tied to Corporate Supply Chain, including Ad hoc, Daily and Monthly Scorecard, and Distributor/Brewery/Carrier Performance Scorecards 
•    Identify gaps in reporting and data capabilities, driving continuous improvement standard reports and leveraging data visualization to drive deeper insights
•    Creating a roadmap and pathway for improvement and elevation of systems and reporting capabilities in partnership with IT IS functions 
•    Auditing existing systems and driving for increased levels of compliance  


The Other Qualifications: 
•    10+ years of experience transportation/logistics, warehousing supply chain preferably in the beverage industry and/or consumer products
•    You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related discipline  
•    Strong leadership and analytical mindset able to drive change and improvement of SC data planning and governance activities 
•    Experience leading supply chain system / reporting / data analytics teams driving the process towards best in class management and industry benchmarking
•    You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy  
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
•    You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
