The Headlines

In the role of Finance Manager, Product Costing based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will manage a team that drives key finance objectives related to Import/Export and Co-Man/Co-Pack activities in North America.

 

The position reports to the Director, Operations Finance – Procurement and will work closely with our procurement team to clearly communicate performance drivers as well as our supply chain finance team to provide a clear, consolidated view to upcoming business risks and opportunities.

 

The Responsibilities:

 

  • Explains monthly results, provide key insights for full year forecast on Import activity.
  • Validate and challenge monthly results as well as corresponding LE
  • Communicate monthly variance analysis, drive forecast accuracy, and work closely with the supply chain finance team to provide a clear consolidated view to upcoming business risks and opportunities
  • Continually improve, streamline and standardize import processes, reducing non-value-added activities and seek opportunities to leverage SAP to minimize manual processes. 
  • Oversee the annual planning activities in these areas and drive efficiencies in reporting and transactional work, and to continue to expand the role beyond its current scope.
  • Provide talent management leadership and strong capability development while serving as a visible change agent and transformational leader.

                                                    

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or another relative 4-year degree; CPA preferred
  • 10 or more years of progressive corporate finance experience and strong Excel skills; SAP experience is preferred
  • You possess a solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
  • You have a solid understanding of manufacturing operations
  • You have very strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a sense of urgency in resolving issues.
  • You demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and collaboration skills and can work with many different personalities, experience, and job levels, and can influence without formal authority.
  • You are detail oriented with critical focus on producing quality results while demonstrating effective influence and collaboration without formal authority
