The Headlines:  

 

In the role of Ethics and Compliance Systems Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Global Ethics and Compliance team. The Global Systems and Project Specialist responsibilities involve administration of all systems and related processes within the global Ethics and Compliance program. This includes responsibility for the day to day management of the Ethics and Compliance Learning Management System and other tools such as the Conflicts of Interest and Gifts & Entertainment disclosure modules, the Kroll third party due diligence platform, and the Ethics & Compliance intranet site.  This role supports global Ethics and Compliance initiatives by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors such as courseware developers, translation companies and strategic compliance partners to ensure timely project completion.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Compliance systems maintenance, data and back-end integrity, testing protocols and approach, address audit findings and responds as needed to internal and external requests.
  • Serves as subject matter expert for the Ethics and Compliance organization by providing a central source of knowledge on matters related to systems and processes, infrastructure and data.
  • Administers and assists with technical requirements and process improvements for systems and tools such as the Gift and Entertainment register, Conflict of Interest disclosure module, Ethics and Compliance Helpline and Kroll Due Diligence system.
  • Support the third party due diligence program by sending questionnaires and conducting screenings through the Kroll portal as requested by the business and/or E&C team.  Track the completion of diligence steps and documentation in the portal.
  • As assigned, work on and/or lead projects relating to specific system and/or process areas for cross-functional, global audience.

 

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 2 years of related experience
  • You have LMS/HRIS or similar systems experience
  • You have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
  • You have Project team experience
  • You have the analytical skills to identify the problem, creative problem solving to help find a solution, and effective written and verbal communication skills to raise the issue through the proper channel to for resolution 
  • You are detailed oriented, able to work with ambiguity, manage and deliver on multiple projects at a time
  • Experience in project coordination, data entry, document management, queries and macro, and corporate cross-functional experience are all a plus
