The Headlines

In the role of Industrial Engineer working in Golden, CO or Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Engineering and Packaging Team in corporate supply chain.  You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in performing operational analysis to promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.  This will be performed by providing brewery leadership teams a calibrated assessment of Manufacturing principles and practices including but not limited to Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Theory of Constraints, Gap Analysis, Downtime and Waste Analysis, LeanSigma, Resource Optimization, Capacity Planning, Value Stream Analysis, etc..


You will help lead brewery operations teams towards the vision of a high performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to continually improve both plant and process operations to meet World Class Operations Standards. 


This position reports to the Director of World Class Supply Chain and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.


The Responsibilities:

  • Leadership alignment to deliver the compelling business needs through loss elimination and World Class Supply Chain capability
  • Preparing and Giving Feedback by collecting the data and condensing the information to actionable items while assuring the sites understands what their actions are once you leave
  • Actively manage and identify opportunities for Value Extractions through the entire Supply Chain
  • Will participate in Benchmarking MillerCoors to other companies and the establishment of Best Practices and SOPs to both measure and promote operational excellence
  • You will be an active member of global and regional pillar teams and will require excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to build trust and interpersonal relationships to be effective as they integrate into and with various functional work areas
  • This role will actively participate in phase assessments to provide calibrated and objective viewpoints


The Other Qualifications:  

  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. 
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
  • You will be available to travel 80% of the time to various breweries across the U.S.
  • You are required to have a Bachelor’s degree preferable in STEM, we also prefer you have an MBA
  • You will have 10 plus years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably in a consumer packaged goods company
  •  You will have 7 plus years of experience in a leadership role
  • We prefer you have a six sigma green belt or higher
  • You will also have experience with Integrated Work Systems
