The Headlines:

In the role of Facilities Maintenance Technician working in Denver, CO you will be part of the Maintenance team. This person is responsible for assisting the Facility Manager in the maintenance and repair of all facility and warehouse equipment (cleaning, preventative maintenance and repairs), including Warehouse Systems.


This position reports to Engineering Maintenance Manager and works closely with our warehouse and maintenance teams.


The Responsibilities:

  • Assists with all maintenance operations and repairs for a 280,000 sq. ft. distribution facility.
  • Maintain Warehouse Systems:
    • Inspects daily to ensure all systems are operating properly
    • Performs preventative maintenance as scheduled
    • Performs any required maintenance throughout shift to maintain operation
    • Identifies necessary repairs which may be required during equipment shut down
    • Completes specific building maintenance as assigned, including but not limited to: service palletizer, conveyors, electronics, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC work and general cleaning
  • Responsible for conforming to and enforcing all safety requirements and regulations. Assists in ensuring the same from all employees and vendors as required.


The Other Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ facility service/maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Conveyor and automation experience a plus.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • You are confident in analytics and developing presentations to assist in selling efforts.
  • Proven track record in building good relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and works in an organized fashion with all levels within CDC as well as with direct supervision.
