The Headlines:  


In the role of Senior IT Manager, Buisness Partner working in Chicago, Illinois you will be part of the North America IT team specifically supporting the Revenue Managemetn team, processes, and systems.  The person will deliver a portfolio of business transformation projects, managing the necessary IT capabilities and client satisfaction. In other words, this person will be strategic thinker who can act as the “face of IT,” driving IT’s business value.


The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic and operational business leaders and key sponsors
  • Lead the development of annual and long-range IT plans, engaging vital personnel
  • Determine business requirements for IT initiatives and translate into IT requirements
  • Head delivery of large functional and business-wide IT projects, taking responsibility for costs, timeline, and overall delivery
  • Build project business cases to drive value for the business


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in IT or with systems projects, with at least 2 years of management experience
  • Prior experience with Revenue Management or similar systems and processes is required.
  • Previous experience working with third-party service providers
  • Proficient in Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, and Project Management
  • You possess a robust understanding of business application of IT to functional areas
  • You are deadly serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. 
  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
