The Headlines

In the role of National Sales Executive E-commerce working in Chicago, IL  you will be part of the National Accounts team.  The person will be accountable for profitably managing business results (volume, share, profit) for assigned chain account(s).  Manage superior execution of customer plan across multiple geographies through effective communication, coordination and leadership. Ensures that products and programs are sold to and executed in chain retailers by coordinating the eCommerce sales, distribution, and program execution through chain buying offices and MillerCoors system. Builds value-enhancing relationships with retailers through category management application, responsive problem solving and proactive relationship management.

 

This position reports to Sr. Manager of Chain Sales and works closely with the eCommerce and speciality chain teams.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Defining  eCommerce digital solutions and business opportunities
  • Develop and sell-in customer plan that exceeds volume and profit objectives
  • Shares customer Best Practices across team, regions and distributors
  • Understanding the category, channel and shopper through the use of available data sources.
  • Understanding the retailers strategy, business needs, and goals
  • Incorporation of the MillerCoors business objectives and channel strategies
  • Execute the call and sell single sales objectives.
  • Drive favorable mix to achieve volume, share and profit goals

 

 

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. 
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy 
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You are deadly serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. 
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;
  • You have at least 5 years' progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries;
  • You have experience in e-Commerce or related field
  • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check (if locally applicable).
