The Headlines:  

 

In the role of Digitial Customer Marketing Manager working in Bentonville, AR you will be part of the Commercial Centers of Excellence team. The person will lead the annual Customer Marketing planning process, delivering clear & aligned omni-channel Customer Marketing plans for Walmart.

 

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and works closely with our National Accounts VP and Sales Team Lead.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual Customer Marketing planning process
  • Develop omnichannel customer marketing programs rooted in shopper insights, addressing retailer/shopper needs
  • Understanding brand programming and communicating to distributors, specifically provide expertise and communication/leadership on JV portfolio management strategies, brand priorities and program, sales strategies; go-to-market pricing strategies; and chain selling/execution.   
  • Own strategic development and execution of MillerCoors digital and eCommerce plans for Walmart
  • Build deep, collaborative partnerships across MillerCoors’ Walmart Team
  • Build and advance strategic relationships within retailer’s marketing / merchandising / digital team
  • Work collaboratively across Customer Solutions, Category Management, Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Channel Strategy, Region Sales and distributor network

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in CPG sales and / or marketing
  • Experience building and executing omnichannel shopper marketing solutions executed throughout the path to purchase, with a high focus on digital/pre-shop expertise
  • Experience with data analytics and agency management
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends
  • that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy 
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You are deadly serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. 
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
