Route to Market Analyst  

Reports to: National Wholesales & RTM Manager

Direct Deports: No

We are seeking an RTM Analyst to provide administrative support and facilitate effective communication of sales and business information between the Wholesaler Managers in the field and the broader team. This role involves managing sales tools, analyzing market trends, and leveraging business indicators to drive targeted financial outcomes.

As a valuable team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Assists the WHS manager with administrative tasks and sales analysis for the Wholesale channel (On Trade & Traditional Off Trade).
• Collects field data on promotions, Route to Market changes, sales channels, and business models.
• Conducts Gap recovery analysis (volume, mix, coverage) and prepares sales data for area reporting, including sales targets and billing.
• Verifies monthly achievements against targets.
• Prepares reports on volumes, stocks, GTO, customer sales, and expired products, along with monthly SPR presentations.
• Leads the Beerstream process, keep constant connection with supporting IT companies and monitoring and support POC mapping coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/economics.
• 2+ years of professional commercial experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent PC skills.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong analytical pro-active mindset.
• Excellent time-management, solving problem and technical skills.
