Reports to: National Key Account Manager

Position Overview:
Identify and assess business opportunities in the KA market, manages and develops the KA channel, maintains long-term relationships with assigned Key Accounts, ensures targeted market share achievement, and oversees negotiations with Key Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess business opportunities in the KA market, develop long-term plans for channel development, and create yearly budgets for each KA client.
- Develop negotiation strategies to enhance business opportunities for the KA channel, track business results, and manage client payments and invoices.
- Initiate, plan, and execute commercial activities in the Key Account channel.
- Maintain long-term business relations with assigned clients and conduct audit checks for trade terms compliance.
- Participate in planning and performance review meetings, coordinate deliveries, list new products, and communicate price changes to clients.

- 2+ years Key Account sales experience.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and the business.
- Proficient in sales analysis.
- Strong relationship management.
- MS Office and English skills.
- Negotiation and analytical skills.
- Basic finance knowledge.
- Key Account legal knowledge.
- Proactive and organized.
- Creative thinking.
- Valid Category B Driving License.
