Credit Analyst with French - PM shift (Bucharest, B, RO)

The Credit Analyst is responsible for performing work activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily management of Sales orders on hold.
• Review and authorize credit for new customers and payers; manage requests of credit reviews and perform periodic and formal credit reviews.

• Provide advice and recommendations to sales management regarding customer accounts identified to present high risk for Molson Coors financial loss under credit sales terms.
• Ensure timely collections of debts and escalation to relevant parties involved (Collection Agencies, Sales, Legal etc.).
• Bad Debt Management and preparation of relevant documentation; Manage bankruptcies within guidelines established by bankruptcy courts; Perform bad debt and payment trend analysis to reduced write-offs
• Maintain and update SOP/QRG as per agreed approval flows.

KEY SKILLS

Required:
• Language Skills: English B2, French C1
• Computer skills, including experience with SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office
• Strong financial analysis skills, including ability to assess financial condition of a company and ongoing viability
• Ability to escalate the communication; make recommendations and support the recommendations
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Availability to work in late shifts: 13:30-22; 15:30-24.

Preferred:
• Relevant knowledge for OTC processes including credit risk and financial analysis (preferred min 3 years)
• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience working in a shared service, process driven or service center environment
• CPG industry experience.

The Material Master Data Analyst is responsible for the effective and timely Material Master Data management for the Molson Coors entities in scope. This includes understanding & actioning Master Data Material processes in accordance with the Process Maps and SOP's and ensuring that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used. Other responsibilities are related to providing reporting-related work on material master data when required and ensuring process adherence for Master Data, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization and being a single point of contact for Business Stakeholders with respect to best practice data management, improvement and performance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for new materials creation, materials maintenance, Material Master Data change requests, such as BOM changes, recipe changes, material statuses, etc. within the agreed SLAs and according to the company’s policies

Provides reporting-related work on Material Master Data
Manages material related data in several systems, ensuring that de data is aligned with the business needs

Creates and updates SOPs in scope and other process documentation

Scopul tau principal va fi:

Sa oferi suport activ in dezvoltarea managementului resurselor si al veniturilor, sa cresti sustenabil rezultatele prin identificarea si valorificarea oportunitatilor in cadrul celor 2 mari linii P&L: GTO si Discounturi, sa iei decizii bazate pe fapte/actiuni concludente prin analiza tuturor filtrelor din piata (competitie, shopper, consumator, client, substitut, cost etc.) si ulterior prin lansarea unor initiative inovatoare care sa spijine adiministrarea strategiilor noastre de Pricing, Promo si MIX.

Vei contribui la implementarea strategiei prin:

Asigurarea suportului in optimizarea procesului de luare a deciziilor in zona de Pricing Management pentru planul anual de Pricing, lansarea grilelor noi de pricing, arhitectura interna de pricing, precum si in elaborarea, comunicarea si evaluarea planului promotional la nivel de canal de vanzare (Traditional Trade & Modern Trade), analizand toate zonele de influenta, care variaza de la elasticitate la arhitecturile de cross border, la brand si pachet.
Responsabil de proiectele de optimizare in administrarea investitiilor Promotionale.
Asigurarea de suport in cadrul proiectelor de optimizare pe mix management.
Construirea in mod obiectiv de business case-uri atat in zona de Inovatii, cat si pentru portofoliul actual, cu scenariile corecte pentru luarea deciziilor trade-off pentru toate intiativele care trebuie lansate.
