The Headlines:

    

In the role of Sales Representative Lead working in San Diego, CA, you will be part of the Pacific Region Commercial Sales Team.  This person will lead a team of sales representatives that will meet and exceed volume and retail goals. You will be responsible for training, developing, and managing your team as well as maintaining a selling relationship with high-volume accounts in key markets and channels. Drive brand building initiatives through the execution of nationally and locally developed programming and promotions. 

 

This position reports to the General Manager - Sales and works closely with our On-Premise Customers, Distributor Sales Executives and our Commercial Center of Excellence.  
 

The Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and motivate a team of 3-5 sales representatives to drive volume growth  
  • Drive distribution opportunities, merchandising and promotions on-premise through assigned team 
  • Lead execution of programs and promotions in team’s accounts 
  • Lead and coach employees to ensure retention, development, and superior performance of talent 
  • Support General Manager in ad-hoc reporting and analytics projects that will drive volume growth and business decisions 
  • Responsible for the focused account volume plan and assigned volume plan with distributor

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Sales, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome   
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

Job Posting Salary Range: (California) $74,000 - $106,400
