The Headlines:   

In the role of Workers Compensation Claims Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Employment Law Team.  You will be responsible for managing all of the Company’s US workers compensation claims from first report of injury through closure (including managing litigation of claims, if applicable). This includes: working with our third-party administrator and litigation team(s); coordinating with other internal stakeholders as necessary; assessing and developing claims management strategies; and conducting internal training. In this role, you will also be responsible for facilitating the Company’s return to work process and/or initiating the Americans with Disabilities Act accommodation process, as applicable.


This position reports to the Director, North America Employment Law and works closely with Legal, HRBPs, Occupational Health and Wellness/Safety and Finance team.


The Responsibilities: 

  • Managing all US workers compensation claims and litigation
  • Managing the Company’s US workers compensation strategy
  • Internal training
  • Managing the Company’s return-to-work process and initiation of ADA process for employees with worker’s comp claim/injury, as needed.

  • You have 5+ years of workers comp claim management experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • You have expertise and broad experience in workers comp claim management.
  • You can drive key legal processes.
  • You have general working knowledge of worker’s compensation laws and regulations.
  • You can be decisive and disciplined to manage case load and return to work process
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
