The Headlines:


In the role of a Customer Supply Chain Performance Analyst, you will contribute to the annual development of the Brewery scorecards and dashboards based on Customer Supply Chain Safety, People, Quality, Service, Cost & Sustainability objectives.


The Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for metrics that guide brewery performance and improvement initiatives for all of Customer Supply Chain, including the Molson Coors distribution, distributor, carrier and supplier networks. Includes support of other stakeholder organizations such as the breweries and Customer Service Excellence.
  • Performs reporting optimization, develop metrics, and conducts analysis of key product supply indicators, providing recommendations for areas of focus and improvement. 
  • Provides ad-hoc analysis for all areas of CSE as appropriate
  • Seeks ways to continuously improve service by analyzing and participating in projects/efforts to improve Molson Coors performance in service and cost.  Supports improved performance and makes Molson Coors data and information easier to understand and communicative with senior leaders and partners across the supply chain.
  • Responsible for reporting of all measures tied to CSE Brewery scorecards including key performance indicators with provided recommendations for areas of focus and improvement.
  • Supports creation of reporting mechanisms and strategy to proactively identify potential production deficits that impact the breweries, as well as root causes that explain any radical swings in data, helping to reduce overall variances and improve service for all CSE department scorecard metric alignment.
  • Drive and support delivery of reporting and data tool solutions for assigned business function/team (through self servicing tools, automation and/or other efficient centric delivery of data methods).
  • Identify, define, collect, understand, and track key business metrics for new and existing initiatives.
  • Provides analysis for annual planning processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities utilizing metric data and support a change processes for improvement.
  • Executing IT initiatives that streamline and automate current manual processes and databases
  • Partners with appropriate stakeholder groups including CSE, brewery personnel, distributors, suppliers and carrier representatives to test and leverage system functionality, what/if scenarios, and reporting mechanisms
  • Supports Business Transformation in CSE Metrics, Reporting and Data as well as analytics and analyst governance.
  • Based on data analytics, provide recommendations for improvement in performance across CSE. Drives the solution. Education of the metrics and drivers behind the financials, production, demand and supply across CSE and broader ISC, and training of data mining skills within CSE.
  • Provides ad hoc analysis for CSE and analysis for annual planning.
  • CSE span of influence: Internal and external stakeholders – CSE Leadership and SLT. 8 large Breweries, 2 small Breweries, 5 Dist. Centers
  • Seeks ways to continuously improve CSE metric performance service by analyzing and participating in projects/efforts to improve MC performance in service and cost – by partnering with key stakeholders to identify data gaps.
  • Technical skills: Business Objects, MS Access, SAP data tables, Tableau. Extensive use of MS Excel.
  • Metrics, Analytics, Dashboards and Scorecarding, Production Data and Financials.

The Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or IT
  • Preferred 5 Years experience in corporate reporting and dashboard creation, with use of MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau and object driver query software, i.e. Business Object or Power BI. Experience to include Analytics, with a focus on Financials and Production volumes.
  • Development/management of enterprise-scale reporting and business requirements gathering processes. Experience with large datasets and databases.
  • Incumbent must be advanced in the use of PCs and basic software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook).
  • Experience within SAP software packages is desirable
