The Headlines:

As a Strategic Partnerships Intern you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns.  The internship is a full-time summer position from May 8 - August 11 (Canada interns) and May 31 - August 11 (U.S. interns).

 

Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.

 

You will work very closely with our local licensing and distribution partners across Latin America.  Inclusive of developing relationships across multiple strategic supply chain partnerships, ensuring collection of established key performance indicators for score-carding, leading S&OPs, consolidating next steps and supporting Molson Coors in closing out open items. The role will also support in identifying cost savings opportunities and value propositions as well as driving existing ones, while assisting in executing route to market strategies.

 

You will also assist on an ad hoc basis with export partnerships into LATAM through cross-functional collaboration within Molson Coors Supply Chain, Finance, Brewery Ops, and Project Management teams.  Inclusive of but not limited to business case development for optimal sourcing as well as cost savings initiatives.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Build relationships with specific licensing and distribution partners across Latin America and develop or maintain existing tools to track, monitor and support their production
    • Data analytics related to understanding financial benefits of different routes to market
    • Proposing transportation mode opportunities and quantifying benefits

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Business Management, International Business, Engineering or Accounting
  • Spanish is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Drive and a bias for action
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
