The Headlines:  

In the functional role of Sr. SAP Solutions Designer - Order to Cash, working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT team.  The person will build and/or run application solutions for an area of the business, keeping up on market trends and best practices to help identify opportunities of improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, who can work as a great partner to the business.   


The Responsibilities:

  • Design, build & configure, and deploy SAP based solutions and processes, aiding in testing and implementation of greenfield Sales and Distribution deployments, or requested enhancements to current Order-to-Cash solutions across multiple disciplines: Order Management / Pricing / Available to Promise / Order Fulfillment / EDI and FTP Communications / Reverse Logistics
  • Proactively identifies, proposes, and initiates software process improvement activities within the Order-to-Cash Value Stream.
  • Contribute to decisions by providing input on industry trends and SAP Best Practices
  • Partners with third-party providers to ensure the quality of on time and successful development, delivery and operation of application services and solutions


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have at least 6 years of experience designing and developing solutions within the SAP SD module
  • You have at least 2 years of experience within the SAP CRM application is highly advantageous
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required if you have the years of work-related experience
  • You have Salesforce knowledge or experience is advantageous, but not required
  • You have good knowledge of Tele-sales business processes 
  • You possess some knowledge of typical SAP system integrations (e.g., OpenText for EDI / APO for GATP / Transportation Management and EWM for Distribution)  
  • You have some knowledge of several IT areas, including development and maintenance; change management; configuration management; software process models and quality assurance (testing)
  • You are experienced in multiple project management delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, DevSecOps
  • You have knowledge of Shipment Planning and Optimization through non-SAP applications (Ortec LEO / LoadBuilder / iLOG) is advantageous, but not required
  • You demonstrate solid understanding of strategic issues, the systems development life-cycle, and typical problems associated with implementation of information systems
