The Headlines:  

 

In the role of Sr. Solutions Designer – Forecast to Schedule working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT team.  The person will build and/or run application solutions for an area of the business, keeping up on market trends and best practices to help identify opportunities of improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a hands-on subject matter expert, who can work as a great partner to the business.   

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a thought leader with deep functional expertise in the areas of Forecast-to-Schedule (APO Suite) with deep integration into core ECC functionality
  • Sought after by business process owners to provide insight, expertise, and guidance to assess tactical and/or strategic changes to steady state business processes   
  • Ability to lead the design, build & configuration of APO based solutions and processes, aiding in testing and implementation of greenfield Forecast-to-Schedule deployments, or requested enhancements to current APO driven planning functionality
  • Serve as the technical lead for small and large cross-functional projects with overall accountability to lead the design and delivery of FLC solutions including: business requirements gathering, process design, configuration and gap closure through RICEF objects, testing, training, go-live and hyper-care, transition to the Run Team
  • Proactively Identifies, proposes and initiates software process improvement activities within your area of expertise
  • Contribute to decisions on product, tool and method selection, providing input on industry trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the customer supply chain and logistics communities within Molson Coors, defining business problems and translating them into solutions including analysis of alternative scenarios
  • Partners with third-party providers to ensure on time and successful development, delivery and operation of application services and solutions

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Information Technology
  • You have 4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably Consumer Products focused on Supply Chain.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience designing and developing systems and solutions within APO Suite (DP/SNP/PPDS/TLB)
  • Possesses knowledge of standard APO <-> SAP system integrations (Process Chains, Master Data, Sales and Distribution, MRP, manufacturing, procurement)
  • You have knowledge/deep understanding of Supply Planning concepts
  • Has some knowledge of several IT areas, including development and maintenance; change management; configuration management; software process models and quality assurance (testing)
  • Must be a self-motivated, self-starter, with a high ability to learn while doing
  • Must be able to liaison across multiple functional teams to drive fully integrated supply chain management solutions
  • Experienced in multiple project management delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, DevSecOps
  • Has some knowledge of: several IT areas, including development and maintenance; change management; configuration management; reliability and safety methods; software process models and quality assurance (testing).
  • Demonstrates basic understanding of strategic issues, the systems development life-cycle, and typical problems associated with implementation of information systems
  • Excellent Communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent Training skills: effectively deliver training materials
