The Headlines:   

In the role of Sr Mgr, Industry, Planning Systems & Data working in Milwaukee, WI, you will drive strategy, gap analysis / benchmarking of digital transformation footprint while also auditing existing systems and driving for increased levels of compliance & efficiency.  


This position reports to Dir, NA Integrates Business Planning. 


The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Oversite for CSC supporting improved service and cost performance. Providing input / guidance on the build and ongoing improvement of product supply plans through the team & in partnership with stakeholders (i.e., breweries, SP, DP, finance, and service teams)
  • Oversee the development and implementation of data management strategies / capabilities leveraging available system data and functionality not currently being utilized to it is full potential to drive the CSC business
  • Driving synergies across the Americas for business process & systems across CSC functional areas. Inclusive of metrics, plans and targets while championing best in class system & data governance
  • Create roadmap for transformation agenda, 5-year plan inclusive of short-term wins and longer-term solutions and their respective budget, resources and requirements
  • Support the ongoing digital transformation agenda in concert with IT, pushing forward existing projects along the cycle from Ideation to Implementation (i.e., AI, automation, robotics, etc. as needed)
  • Providing strategy and governance through direct and indirect reporting teams to ensure ongoing support for the functions and streamlined reporting standards. Elevating reporting capabilities to drive deeper insights more predictively
  • Accountable to ensuring best in class metrics development; and reporting of all measures tied to CSC. Including ad-hoc, Daily and Monthly Scorecard and Distributor/Brewery/Carrier Performance Scorecards, including key performance indicators  


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have at least 12+ years experience in digital transformation / transportation/ logistics / planning / warehousing or supply chain preferably in the beverage industry and/or consumer products
  • Track record of identifying, creating, and implementing innovative business partnerships
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Business OR equivalent experience (4+ years)
  • Experience leading supply chain system / reporting / data analytics teams driving the process towards best-in-class management and industry benchmarking
  • Background / experience in SC digital spaces, building getting buy-in and implementing new systems and tools across complex organizations
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
