The Headlines:   
In the role of Sr Manager Process Innovation working in Milwaukee, WI, you will lead the R&D process innovation team to develop and direct the implementation of the NA beverage strategy and programs that drive innovation, cost, quality and health and safety resulting in step change business performance.  

 

This position reports to the Director Beverage R&D & Innovation.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 4 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
  • Assures the technical efficacy and commercial feasibility of new products, new processes, or product improvements, acknowledging stakeholders' requirements throughout the enterprise.
  • Builds external partnerships with suppliers, industry experts, universities to progress innovation.
  • Builds organizational capabilities and talent in the area of process innovation for NA.
  • Provides consult to Senior Technical and Marketing Leadership and Legal on technical and regulatory challenges and opportunities.

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have at least 10 years experience in brewing or associated consumer goods industry; including significant experience in R&D and brewed and/or flavored beverage Innovation.
  • Strong brewing acumen with deep insight to brewing complexities and the ability to manage such to assure sustainable and consistent end-products
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong coaching and people management skills
  • Advanced understanding of quality systems and process improvement processes
  • Deep insight to product and packaging attributes and the subsequent consumer interactions that guide innovation and development.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
