The Headlines:  


In the role of Senior IT Cost Management Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT Cost Management team.  You will be responsible for the successful and cost-effective ownership of IT Portfolio financial management and will be able to provide specialist project financial acumen and oversight, governance and recommendations relating to financial opportunities and risks related to the project portfolio.  You will engage with key stakeholders to collaboratively ensure the financial integrity of the IT Portfolio.


The Responsibilities:

  • Manage project financials including project and AOP budgeting, monthly forecasting and reporting of all IT Portfolio projects, including capturing relevant labor, 3rd party, software and other IT costs.
  • Accountability for month end processes, and for driving review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader IT Portfolio team, Senior IT Leadership, IT Business Partners and Project Managers and Finance teams.


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree, in Business, Accounting or IT discipline OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in a related field
  • 3 + years finance experience and knowledge of project and accrual accounting methodology.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong sense of time management, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework, Waterfall and Agile methodologies, would be favorable.  
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
