The Headlines: 
In the role of Sr. Digital Systems Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Supply Chain Digital Management team.  You will be responsible for running and validating the weekly SAP / APO supply plan associated with 55+ million barrels of beer, as well as assisting with new technology introductions, gap analysis, and process improvement consultancy.

 

This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain Digital Management, and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, IT, breweries, Customer Service Analysts, Forecasting and Demand Planning Team, Transportation, and Project Management (New Product Introduction).

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Act as an internal consultant for the company acting as an SME in SAP APO/ECC/SNC and other technologies as we implement, and maintain them
  • Lead cross-functional project groups in delivering new technologies and processes, and ensuring sustainable maintenance thereafter
  • Act as team lead for a group of two, ensuring execution of day-to-day data maintenance activities, as well as assisting on on-boarding of new members
  • Quickly become an SME in new technologies to ensure full utilization of IT investments
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvements to the current Molson Coors SAP environments and supply planning processes
  • Weekly validation, management, and upload of critical supply chain inputs to SAP/APO for Canada and the US
  • Run and validate weekly APO transactions that produce the Molson Coors APO supply plan
  • Investigate and correct issues with APO, ECC, SNC, in coordination with IT
  • Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Customer Supply Chain
  • You will be responsible for managing major enhancements with AMS/IT and help identify gaps in people, process and technology
  • Assist in the large-scale implementation of SAP APO

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working with SAP APO, experience with ECC and SNC also desirable
  • Project management experience is preferred for this role
  • Desirable candidate will be someone who enjoys, and has an aptitude for, data mining large datasets and making sense of them.  This individual will work heavily with the following analytical tools:  Access, Excel, Business Objects (warehouse data). 
  • Ability to quickly build and develop effective working relationships across the organization to lead change
  • Ability to communicate highly complex, technical and analytical issues in simple business terms to a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or another relevant field, or equivalent working experience
  • Ability to quickly learn technical information relating to a wide array of software
