Title: Senior Data Architect


Job Description: The Senior Data Architect (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will partner with business leaders to assess software requirements, define strategy, and deliver software solutions that meet the business’ needs, including enterprise-wide data strategy, growing the data dictionary, and building a repository of the enterprise’s data. Design, develop, deploy, and transition software solutions to address business requirements, including integrated data designs. Construct a single and authoritative repository of the enterprise’s data through conceptual and logical data models. Engage and oversee third parties for the fulfillment of duties as well as perform hands-on work designing and developing software solutions. Partner with the business to drive continuous improvement in data governance practices, leading the implementation including leading education programs around data governance and data quality. Build cross-functional relationships to understand data needs and help projects and agile software teams deliver on those needs. Maintain and refine data modeling standards, best practices, and guidelines. Participate and be an advocate as the enterprise moves to next generation data tools, processes, and frameworks. Telecommuting available twice a week.


Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related field, plus 5 years of professional experience performing data collection, data staging, data movement, analytics delivery, data quality, and archiving strategies. Must also include 5 years of professional experience with each of the following: (1) gathering user requirements and data modeling; (2) performing data analysis and profiling source data with Python, R, and Informatica; (3) creating physical data models from logical data models with Teradata, SQLServer, Azure, and Databricks; (4) managing projects, including requirements, development, life cycle implementation, testing, and product delivery; (5) building conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Quest Erwin; and, (6) defining product solutions and concepts and analyzing technical requirements.
