The Headlines:

In the role of the Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Transformation located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will provide finance support for key North American Supply Chain transformational initiatives.  You will provide the financial leadership to assist the project team in achieving the financial goals of the project.  These initiatives/projects may change from year to year. 

The current project being supported is the closure of the Montreal Brewery and the construction and relocation to the new brewery in Longueuil, QC just outside of Montreal.  There are other transformational projects that require support but at a much smaller scale.  You will be the key point of contact for all items relating to finance including expense recognition, capital accounting treatment and working cross-functionally to assure proper project expense reporting. 



  • Responsible for the accuracy of the P&L and balance sheet
  • Work with the brewery and logistics team to assure proper expenses are recorded to the project
  • Develop key relationships with areas of operations in order to understand the financial drivers
  • You will complete accurate annual forecasts, long-range planning and annual budgets
  • Key resource for business partners to understand the financial impacts of the project
  • You track and report capital/expense and variances to business case expectations  
  • Assure that project related transactions are flowing accurately through SAP
  • Complete journal entries for month-end closes


The Qualifications:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You have 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role; manufacturing and product costing experience is a huge plus
  • You have strong accounting skills and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You can manage competing priorities among several stakeholders and excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions as necessary
  • You challenge the status quo in order to eliminate inefficiency and improve end to end processes
  • Your actions are fueled by strong customer service influence, and you demonstrated the ability to effectively influence and collaborate without formal authority
  • You have a high attention to detail
