The Headlines:

As an entry-level On-Premise Sales Representative, you will get the opportunity to work in a vibrant city across the United States as part of the Sales Management Program.

You will receive world-class training and become equipped to know the beer industry, our company, our portfolio, and our customers in a profound way. You will drive sales of Molson Coors products, supported by analytical tools and brand-building programs/features. You will become well-versed with local trade dynamics and take a leadership role in all consumer-focused retail programs in your market to get our brands in hands!    

 

This position reports to a Sales Representative Lead and works closely with the local Market Unit Team, distributor partners/customers, and the Molson Coors Commercial Center of Excellence. 

 

We will have two start dates in 2023. One on January 9th and the other on June 5th. If you are able to start in January, we will reach out with any next steps in October and interviews will begin in November. If you are able to start in June, we will reach out with any next steps in March and interviews will start in April.

 

The Responsibilities:  

  • You will drive volume and distribution growth for Molson Coors products for a local market in the on-premise channel 
  • To engage consumers with Molson Coors brands, you will work collaboratively with distributors and retailers to sell our products in, drive differentiated engagement, and provide business solutions 
  • You are both an entrepreneur and a trusted consultant to owners and staff across approximately 75 on-premise accounts  
  • You will ensure that our products are stocked adequately and properly (e.g. up-to-date promotional merchandise, appropriate display of “Drink Responsibly” messaging)

  • You are 100% mobile and willing to relocate anywhere in the United States – and you’re comfortable with not knowing your final location placement until AFTER you start with us

  • You enjoy work hours that are non-traditional, which fits your entrepreneurial mindset
