The Headlines:   

In the role of Finance Manager PMO, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be responsible for global finance application design, support, and education, and provides the unique combination of a deep understanding of finance business processes, data management, and technical systems expertise.

The Responsibilities:

  • Deliver systems solutions that meet the requirements of the global financial consolidation function through system enhancements and or special projects utilizing tools such as BPC LogicScript, BPC business rules, and BPC transformation and conversion files
  • Responsible for creating test plans, customer acceptance test plans and post implementation plans for all system changes; includes adhering to IT’s change control policies/standards
  • Triages and troubleshoots user-reported system defects; educates users on training or data issues that are not true system defects, performs initial analysis on defects, collaborates with offshore IT group in the resolution
  • Design, manage and maintain master data in the BPC consolidation system and ensure all master data is in accordance with US GAAP and MCBC Data Governance standards through collaboration with Global Technical Accounting and Global Data Governance
  • Provide technical support for ECC FI-CO module as well as all finance related solutions in BW/Business Objects

 

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field and/or 5+ years of relevant experience, including requirements analytics, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting financial systems, data management, and reporting solutions (SAP ECC FI, FI-CO, BPC Consolidations, SAP Netweaver/BW, Business Objects)
  • Hands on experience with SAP ABAP development, design, implementation is required
  • You have practical experience in accounting/finance, specifically understanding GL accounting consolidations, foreign currency
  • You have experience managing data, business processes, and systems, as well as project planning and management experience
  • You have experience working in a global, diverse, corporate environment and have supported global implementations
  • You have a solid understanding of the SDLC, IT change control processes and procedures
  • You can build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the Finance and IT organizations
  • You can communicate complex ideas in a clear & concise manner to both technical and business individuals; prior experience managing people a plus
