The Headlines:

In the role of Project Specialist, Finance, you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for planning, scheduling, and assisting in the management of the GBS program. This role will assist with the development of the project management activities including migration playbook management, program metrics, SharePoint site discipline, strategy adherence and project governance across both the GBS leadership and all functional areas.

 

The role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and reports to our Senior Director, GBS Project Management Office.

 

The Responsibilities:

Governance:

  • Execute, assist and maintain program governance across multi-business units including key project and financial metrics and highlights key areas of risk and issues. 
  • Manage and maintain project documentation as required. 

 

Relationships & Service:

  • Participate in cross functional and cross business unit governance and scrum calls, providing actions, pre-reads, feedback and documentation both timely and accurately. 
  • Actively working to solicit customer insight, feedback and learning to develop project processes and ways of working to provide a First Choice service.   

 

Compliance:

  • Work with all business units’ project managers, GBS center project managers and Internal Audit on migration, helping to ensure our migrations follow and adhere to our requirements.   

 

Ways of Working:

  • Provide support to the wider GBS leadership team necessary to implement our core migration program. This includes working with stakeholders and external organizations on potential new ways of working and providing insight.

 

 

The Qualifications:

  • You have a 4-year degree in a relevant field, Project Management preferred
  • You have 2+ years of Project Management experience, Agile Project methodology preferred
  • You have a high level to advanced knowledge with practical experience of working in a project management environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access, SharePoint and SAP experience and the ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
