The Headlines:  
In the role of Procurement Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Procurement team for the Brewing Materials category.  The Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of key procurement data, including spend and payment analysis, supplier scorecard data, and vendor data.  This role is also responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of supply contracts for a wide range of brewing materials, including malt, corn, sugar, enzymes, yeast, brewing chemicals, fruits and flavors.
 
This position reports to the Sr. Category Manager – Malt/Adjuncts and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners.

 

The Responsibilities: 
•    Perform analysis in support of procurement initiatives, such as category strategies, supplier management and savings projects
•    Work closely with category management to ensure seamless execution of supply contracts

•    Ensure contract information is accurate
•    Liaise closely with the vendor and Accounts Payable to ensure payment
•    Communication with internal and external business partners and stakeholders

 

The Other Qualifications:
•    2 or more years of relevant experience
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•    Experience with Excel or other analytics-based software (e.g. Power BI) is preferred​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • SAP experience and an understanding of Accounts Payable functions is desirable
